Force of Will

You may pay 1 life and remove a blue card in your hand from the game instead of paying Force of Will's casting cost. Effects that prevent or redirect damage cannot be used to counter this loss of life. Counter target spell.

Cavern of Souls

As Cavern of Souls enters the battlefield, choose a creature type. {T}: Add {1} to your mana pool. {T}: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool. Spend this mana only to cast a creature spell of the chosen type, and that spell can't be countered.

Azusa, Lost but Seeking

You may play two additional lands on each of your turns.

Toxic Deluge

As an additional cost to cast Toxic Deluge, pay X life. All creatures get -X/-X until end of turn.

Titania, Protector of Argoth

When Titania, Protector of Argoth enters the battlefield, return target land card from your graveyard to the battlefield. Whenever a land you control is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put a 5/3 green Elemental creature token onto the battlefield.

Council's Judgment

Will of the council — Starting with you, each player votes for a nonland permanent you don't control. Exile each permanent with the most votes or tied for most votes.

Dack Fayden

+1: Target player draws two cards, then discards two cards. -2: Gain control of target artifact. -6: You get an emblem with "Whenever you cast a spell that targets one or more permanents, gain control of those permanents."

Notion Thief

Flash If an opponent would draw a card except the first one he or she draws in each of his or her draw steps, instead that player skips that draw and you draw a card.

Snapcaster Mage

Flash When Snapcaster Mage enters the battlefield, target instant or sorcery card in your graveyard gains flashback until end of turn. The flashback cost is equal to its mana cost. (You may cast that card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

Liliana of the Veil

+1: Each player discards a card. -2: Target player sacrifices a creature. -6: Separate all permanents target player controls into two piles. That player sacrifices all permanents in the pile of his or her choice.

Sultai Charm

Choose one — • Destroy target monocolored creature. • Destroy target artifact or enchantment. • Draw two cards, then discard a card.

Omniscience

You may cast nonland cards from your hand without paying their mana costs.

Gush

You may return two islands you control to their owner's hand instead of paying Gush's mana cost. Draw two cards.

Pact of Negation

Counter target spell. At the beginning of your next upkeep, pay {3}{U}{U}. If you don't, you lose the game.

Horde of Notions

Vigilance, trample, haste {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}: You may play target Elemental card from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.

Cephalid Coliseum

{T}: Add {U} to your mana pool. Cephalid Coliseum deals 1 damage to you. Threshold - {U}, {T}, Sacrifice Cephalid Coliseum: Target player draws three cards, then discards three cards from his or her hand. (Play this ability only if seven or more cards are in your graveyard.)

Evasive Action

Domain — Counter target spell unless its controller pays {1} for each basic land type among lands you control.

Maelstrom Wanderer

Creatures you control have haste. Cascade, cascade (When you cast this spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom in a random order. Then do it again.)

Eladamri's Call

Search your library for a creature card, reveal that card, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.

Pernicious Deed

{X}, Sacrifice Pernicious Deed: Destroy each artifact, creature, and enchantment with converted mana cost X or less.

Mirari's Wake

Creatures you control get +1/+1. Whenever you tap a land for mana, add one mana to your mana pool of any type that land produced.

Thirst for Knowledge

Draw three cards. Then discard two cards unless you discard an artifact card.

Orim's Chant

Kicker {W} Target player can't cast spells this turn. If Orim's Chant was kicked, creatures can't attack this turn.

Gitaxian Probe

({U/P} can be paid with either {U} or 2 life.) Look at target player's hand. Draw a card.

Griselbrand

Flying, lifelink Pay 7 life: Draw seven cards.

Life from the Loam

Return up to three target land cards from your graveyard to your hand. Dredge 3 (If you would draw a card, instead you may put exactly three cards from the top of your library into your graveyard. If you do, return this card from your graveyard to your hand. Otherwise, draw a card.)

Sylvan Library

You may draw two extra cards during your draw phase. If you do so, put two of the cards drawn this turn back on top of your library (in any order) or pay 4 life per card not replaced. Effects that prevent or redirect damage cannot be used to counter this loss of life.

Abrupt Decay

Abrupt Decay can't be countered by spells or abilities. Destroy target nonland permanent with converted mana cost 3 or less.

Supreme Verdict

Supreme Verdict can't be countered. Destroy all creatures.

Tendrils of Agony

Target player loses 2 life and you gain 2 life. Storm (When you play this spell, copy it for each spell played before it this turn. You may choose new targets for the copies.)

Firespout

Firespout deals 3 damage to each creature without flying if {R} was spent to play Firespout and 3 damage to each creature with flying if {G} was spent to play it. (Do both if {R}{G} was spent.)

City of Brass

Whenever City of Brass becomes tapped, it deals 1 damage to you. {T}: Add one mana of a color of your choice to your mana pool.

Flash

Put a creature card from your hand into play. You may pay its mana cost reduced by up to {2}. If you don't, sacrifice it.

Enlightened Tutor

Search your library for an artifact or enchantment card and reveal that card. Shuffle your library, then put the card on top of it.

Mox Diamond

When Mox Diamond comes into play, choose and discard a land card or sacrifice Mox Diamond. {T}: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool. Play this ability as a mana source.

Intuition

Search your library for any three cards and reveal them to target opponent. He or she chooses one. Put that card into your hand and the rest into your graveyard. Shuffle your library afterwards.

Reflecting Pool

{T}: Add to your mana pool one mana of any type that any land you control can produce.

Scroll Rack

{1}, {T}: Choose any number of cards in your hand and set those cards aside. Put an equal number of cards from the top of your library into your hand. Then put the cards set aside in this way on top of your library in any order.

Crucible of Worlds

You may play land cards from your graveyard.

Swan Song

Counter target enchantment, instant, or sorcery spell. Its controller puts a 2/2 blue Bird creature token with flying onto the battlefield.

Thoughtseize

Target player reveals his or her hand. You choose a nonland card from it. That player discards that card. You lose 2 life.

Mystical Teachings

Search your library for an instant card or a card with flash, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library. Flashback {5}{B} (You may play this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then remove it from the game.)

Deep Analysis

Target player draws two cards. Flashback - {1}{U}, Pay 3 life. (You may play this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then remove it from the game.)

Volcanic Island

Counts as both islands and mountains and is affected by spells that affect either. Tap to add either {U} or {R} to your mana pool.

Badlands

Counts as both mountains and swamp and is affected by spells that affect either. Tap to add either {R} or {B} to your mana pool.

Bayou

Counts as both swamp and forest and is affected by spells that affect either. Tap to add either {B} or {G} to your mana pool.

Underground Sea

Counts as both swamp and islands and is affected by spells that affect either. Tap to add either {B} or {U} to your mana pool.

Plateau

Counts as both mountains and plains and is affected by spells that affect either. Tap to add either {R} or {W} to your mana pool.

Tropical Island

Counts as both forest and islands and is affected by spells that affect either. Tap to add either {G} or {U} to your mana pool.

Taiga

Counts as both forest and mountains and is affected by spells that affect either. Tap to add either {G} or {R} to your mana pool.

Savannah

Counts as both plains and forest and is affected by spells that affect either. Tap to add either {W} or {G} to your mana pool.

Tundra

Counts as both islands and plains and is affected by spells that affect either. Tap to add either {U} or {W} to your mana pool.

Timetwister

Set Timetwister aside in a new graveyard pile. Shuffle your hand, library, and graveyard together into a new library and draw a new hand of seven cards, leaving all cards in play where they are; opponent must do the same.

Swords to Plowshares

Target creature is removed from game entirely; return to owner's deck only when game is over. Creature's controller gains life points equal to creature's power.

Demonic Tutor

You may search your library for one card and take it into your hand. Reshuffle your library afterwards.

Regrowth

Return any card from your graveyard to your hand.

Scrubland

Counts as both plains and swamp and is affected by spells that affect either. Tap to add either {W} or {B} to your mana pool.

Wheel of Fortune

Both players must discard their hands and draw seven new cards.

Replenish

Return all enchantment cards from your graveyard to play. (Local enchantments with no permanent to enchant remain in your graveyard.)

Academy Rector

When Academy Rector is put into a graveyard from play, you may remove Academy Rector from the game. If you do, search your library for an enchantment card and put that card into play. Then shuffle your library.

Frantic Search

Draw two cards, then choose and discard two cards. Untap up to three lands.

Show and Tell

Each player may choose an artifact, creature, enchantment, or land card in his or her hand and put that permanent into play.

Yawgmoth's Will

Until end of turn, you may play cards in your graveyard as though they were in your hand. Cards put into your graveyard this turn are removed from the game instead.

Time Spiral

Remove Time Spiral from the game. Each player shuffles his or her graveyard and hand into his or her library then draws seven cards. You untap up to six lands.

Phyrexian Tower

{T}: Add one colorless mana to your mana pool. {T}, Sacrifice a creature: Add {B}{B} to your mana pool.

Turnabout

Tap or untap all artifacts, creatures, or lands target player controls.

Exploration

You may play an additional land each turn.

Necromancy

You may choose to play Necromancy as an instant, if you do, bury it at end of turn. When you play Necromancy, choose target creature card in any graveyard. When Necromancy comes in to play, put that creature into play as though it were just played and Necromancy becomes a creature enchantment that targets the creature. If Necromancy leaves play, bury the creature.
