Force of Will

You may pay 1 life and remove a blue card in your hand from the game instead of paying Force of Will's casting cost. Effects that prevent or redirect damage cannot be used to counter this loss of life. Counter target spell.

Helm of Obedience

{X}, {T}: Put the top card of target opponent's library into his or her graveyard. Continue doing this until you have put X cards or a creature card into that graveyard, whichever occurs first. If the last card put into the graveyard is a creature card, bury Helm of Obedience and put that creature into play under your control as though it were just cast. X cannot be equal to 0.

Cavern of Souls

As Cavern of Souls enters the battlefield, choose a creature type. {T}: Add {1} to your mana pool. {T}: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool. Spend this mana only to cast a creature spell of the chosen type, and that spell can't be countered.

True-Name Nemesis

As True-Name Nemesis enters the battlefield, choose a player. True-Name Nemesis has protection from the chosen player. (This creature can't be blocked, targeted, dealt damage, or enchanted by anything controlled by that player.)

Council's Judgment

Will of the council — Starting with you, each player votes for a nonland permanent you don't control. Exile each permanent with the most votes or tied for most votes.

Azorius Signet

{1}, {T}: Add {W}{U} to your mana pool.

Dragonlord Ojutai

Flying Dragonlord Ojutai has hexproof as long as it's untapped. Whenever Dragonlord Ojutai deals combat damage to a player, look at the top three cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.

Cataclysm

Each player chooses from among the permanents he or she controls an artifact, a creature, an enchantment, and a land, then sacrifices the rest.

Terminus

Put all creatures on the bottom of their owners' libraries. Miracle {W} (You may cast this card for its miracle cost when you draw it if it's the first card you drew this turn.)

Nimbus Maze

{T}: Add {1} to your mana pool. {T}: Add {W} to your mana pool. Play this ability only if you control an Island. {T}: Add {U} to your mana pool. Play this ability only if you control a Plains.

Snapcaster Mage

Flash When Snapcaster Mage enters the battlefield, target instant or sorcery card in your graveyard gains flashback until end of turn. The flashback cost is equal to its mana cost. (You may cast that card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

Timely Reinforcements

If you have less life than an opponent, you gain 6 life. If you control fewer creatures than an opponent, put three 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens onto the battlefield.

Talisman of Progress

{T}: Add {1} to your mana pool. {T}: Add {W} or {U} to your mana pool. Talisman of Progress deals 1 damage to you.

Personal Tutor

Search your deck for a sorcery and reveal that card to all players. Shuffle your deck and put the revealed card on top of it.

Serum Visions

Draw a card. Scry 2 (Look at the top two cards of your library. Put any number of them on the bottom of your library and the rest on top of it in any order.)

Meddling Mage

As Meddling Mage comes into play, name a nonland card. The named card can't be played.

Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage, put two charge counters on Umezawa's Jitte. Remove a charge counter from Umezawa's Jitte: Choose one — Equipped creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn; or target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn; or you gain 2 life. Equip {2}

Batterskull

Living weapon (When this Equipment enters the battlefield, put a 0/0 black Germ creature token onto the battlefield, then attach this to it.) Equipped creature gets +4/+4 and has vigilance and lifelink. {3}: Return Batterskull to its owner's hand. Equip {5}

Rest in Peace

When Rest in Peace enters the battlefield, exile all cards from all graveyards. If a card or token would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.

Sphinx's Revelation

You gain X life and draw X cards.

Supreme Verdict

Supreme Verdict can't be countered. Destroy all creatures.

Oust

Put target creature into its owner's library second from the top. Its controller gains 3 life.

Seachrome Coast

Seachrome Coast enters the battlefield tapped unless you control two or fewer other lands. {T}: Add {W} or {U} to your mana pool.

Relic of Progenitus

{T}: Target player removes a card in his or her graveyard from the game. {1}, Remove Relic of Progenitus from the game: Remove all graveyards from the game. Draw a card.

Cursed Totem

Players can't play activated abilities of creatures.

Enlightened Tutor

Search your library for an artifact or enchantment card and reveal that card. Shuffle your library, then put the card on top of it.

Wall of Omens

Defender When Wall of Omens enters the battlefield, draw a card.

Sleight of Hand

Look at the top two cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and the other on the bottom of your library.

Warmth

Whenever target opponent successfully casts a red spell, gain 2 life.

Lotus Petal

Sacrifice Lotus Petal: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool. Play this ability as a mana source.

Maze of Ith

{T}: Target attacking creature becomes untapped. This creature neither deals nor receives damage as a result of combat.

Elspeth, Sun's Champion

+1: Put three 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens onto the battlefield. -3: Destroy all creatures with power 4 or greater. -7: You get an emblem with "Creatures you control get +2/+2 and have flying."

Ancestral Vision

Ancestral Vision is blue. Suspend 4—{U} (Rather than play this card from your hand, pay {U} and remove it from the game with four time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, play it without paying its mana cost.) Target player draws three cards.

Flagstones of Trokair

{T}: Add {W} to your mana pool. When Flagstones of Trokair is put into a graveyard from play, you may search your library for a Plains card and put it into play tapped. If you do, shuffle your library.

Counterspell

Counters target spell as it is being cast.

Tundra

Counts as both islands and plains and is affected by spells that affect either. Tap to add either {U} or {W} to your mana pool.

Balance

Whichever player has more lands in play must discard enough lands of his or her choice to equalize the number of lands both players have in play. Cards in hand and creatures in play must be equalized the same way. Creatures lost in this manner may not be regenerated.

Armageddon

All lands in play are destroyed.

Swords to Plowshares

Target creature is removed from game entirely; return to owner's deck only when game is over. Creature's controller gains life points equal to creature's power.

Miscalculation

Counter target spell unless its caster pays an additional {2}. Cycling {2} (You may pay {2} and discard this card from your hand to draw a card. Play this ability as an instant.)

Path to Exile

Exile target creature. Its controller may search his or her library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle his or her library.

Impulse

Look at the top four cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library. Shuffle your library afterwards.

Celestial Colonnade

Celestial Colonnade enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add {W} or {U} to your mana pool. {3}{W}{U}: Until end of turn, Celestial Colonnade becomes a 4/4 white and blue Elemental creature with flying and vigilance. It's still a land.

Jace, the Mind Sculptor

+2: Look at the top card of target player's library. You may put that card on the bottom of that player's library. 0: Draw three cards, then put two cards from your hand on top of your library in any order. -1: Return target creature to its owner's hand. -12: Exile all cards from target player's library, then that player shuffles his or her hand into his or her library.

Stoneforge Mystic

When Stoneforge Mystic enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an Equipment card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library. {1}{W}, {T}: You may put an Equipment card from your hand onto the battlefield.

Domri, Chaos Bringer

+1: Add {R} or {G}. If that mana is spent on a creature spell, it gains riot. (It enters the battlefield with your choice of a +1/+1 counter or haste.) −3: Look at the top four cards of your library. You may reveal up to two creature cards from among them and put them into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. −8: You get an emblem with "At the beginning of each end step, create a 4/4 red and green Beast creature token with trample."

Hallowed Fountain

({T}: Add {W} or {U}.) As Hallowed Fountain enters the battlefield, you may pay 2 life. If you don't, it enters the battlefield tapped.

Jace, Wielder of Mysteries

If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, you win the game instead. +1: Target player puts the top two cards of their library into their graveyard. Draw a card. −8: Draw seven cards. Then if your library has no cards in it, you win the game.

God-Eternal Rhonas

Deathtouch When God-Eternal Rhonas enters the battlefield, double the power of each other creature you control until end of turn. Those creatures gain vigilance until end of turn. When God-Eternal Rhonas dies or is put into exile from the battlefield, you may put it into its owner's library third from the top.
